Grants for Queensland Children’s Week

In 2021, Children’s Rights Queensland celebrates its 50th Birthday and has launched a grants program to celebrate.
50 grants are available to assist organisations and groups to deliver a Children’s Week celebration or project that raises awareness of children’s rights. Grants are valued at up to $500.
Celebrations or projects need to:
• promote community involvement and cooperation.
• assist in increasing awareness of the needs, interests, rights or achievements of children.
• have a contingency plan if COVID-19 prevents the celebration/project from taking place.
• be held during Queensland Children’s Week 2021 (23-31 October). Celebrations/projects may take place one week either side of Children’s Week if required.
Applications close Monday 6 September 2021.
