SUMMARY:Grants for Queensland Children's Week
DESCRIPTION:In 2021\, Children’s Rights Queensland celebrates its 50th Birthday and has launched a grants program to celebrate. \n50 grants are available to assist organisations and groups to deliver a Children’s Week celebration or project that raises awareness of children’s rights. Grants are valued at up to $500. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nCelebrations or projects need to:\n• promote community involvement and cooperation.\n• assist in increasing awareness of the needs\, interests\, rights or achievements of children.\n• have a contingency plan if COVID-19 prevents the celebration/project from taking place.\n• be held during Queensland Children’s Week 2021 (23-31 October). Celebrations/projects may take place one week either side of Children’s Week if required. \nApplications close Monday 6 September 2021.
