Art Competition Submission 2022 – BFF Students from Nedlands

WA Learning Centre - Our families hail from the vast reaches of WA and our homes and lives there may look very different. Here at the Ronald McDonald House in Perth we come together and share our experiences and knowledge and build a stronger community in our "Home away from home". The students in the Learning Centre each designed their own family crests using traditional Noongar symbols and using the colours of the Noongar Seasons for Birak and Kambarang as we learnt more about our place in this country and foster a pride in First Nations history, culture and contribution.
