Our families are donating brand new items for children in care - we have collected books, pyjamas, lunch boxes, school bags, drink bottles, clothes etc. We are giving children in care something to smile about and also thank the wonderful foster care children within our community.

Free information session for parents and carers with young children. Guest speakers are attending to discuss how to talk about safety and instill protective behaviours with very young children. Discussions will be around opening up conversations using children's literature, stranger awareness and personal safety awareness. Morning tea and lunch provided.
Child and Youth event focussed on increasing the awareness of Child Protection and Family Safety issues in the community in collaboration with local agencies to make the communities safer for Children and Families.
Various local support services will be setting up some information stalls incorporating child safety information and plan on hosting a BBQ and some activities for children in the local park. Local FaCS CSC maybe providing some support and funding to the day also.
