ACYP is inviting entries for the NSW Children’s Week 2019 Creative Story Competition & Awards

Do you enjoy writing and storytelling? This is your opportunity to write a creative story (200-500 words) about an issue that is important to you and to other children and young people in 2019.

The Office of the Advocate for Children and Young People is inviting entries for the NSW Children’s Week 2019 Creative Story Competition. The competition is open to all children and young people up to the age of 18 living in NSW.

Entries close Sunday 6 October 2019.

Nominations are also now open for the NSW Children’s Week 2019 Awards. There are seven awards for children and young people and three awards for adults. Children, young people and adults can nominate an individual, group, service or project that falls within the award categories.

The awards are designed to recognise the achievements and contributions of children and young people as well as the adults who make positive impacts on the lives of children and young people.
