Join RAV Virtual Challenge

NAPCAN is excited to announce that registrations are now open for the 2025 Run Against Violence (RAV) Virtual Challenge!

As proud partners of RAV, we invite you to lace up your shoes, rally your friends, and join a nationwide movement to raise awareness and prevent family and domestic violence.

The RAV Virtual Challenge is a unique event that brings together individuals and teams from across Australia to collectively cover the distance between Broken Hill and Sydney—1,300km—over 19 days (roughly 1.7 million steps, the estimated number of Australians who experienced abuse before age 15).

This year’s challenge will take place from August 30 to September 17, 2025. Whether you walk, run, or jog, every kilometre counts toward our shared goal of making communities safer and more supportive for everyone.

WHO

Everyone! Anyone is welcomed & encouraged to participate.

Form a team or go solo!

HOW

Whether you’re running or walking, log your kilometres virtually, at your own pace and location.

NAPCAN is especially proud to support RAV through our ongoing Love Bites partnership. Love Bites is a school-based program that educates young people about respectful relationships and the prevention of violence.

Together, we are committed to empowering communities and fostering positive change.
