DESCRIPTION:CREATE Foundation is the national consumer body representing the voices of children and young people with an out-of-home care experience. \nWe are running a survey around participation for child protection week and we want to hear from you! \nAs a child or young person in care\, you have the right to participate or “have your say” about important decisions about your life in care (e.g.\, your health\, where you live\, schooling\, and family contact\, etc.).
