Art Competition Submission 2023 – Room from Parafield Gardens

After lots of discussion about safety and belonging room 12 decided they would like to create a safe garden together because they feel safe when they are together. We had a brainstorming session about all the people and places that make us feel safe. We deiscovered that although we come from different places and backgrounds we all felt safe in similar places. The students recorded their thinking and feelings on the flowers which make up our “Feeling Safe Helps Us Grow” garden.
