Art Competition Submission 2022 – Yarrawarrah Public School OSHC children from Yarrawarrah

NSW - The children discussed that their community is a safe place where everyone belongs and is inclusive. The children recognised the importance of everyone working together. We discussed diversity, equality and our essential workers. The children talked about the importance of learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and all cultures within our community. They also discussed about how sustainability and nature are important in our community. They created a belonging tree with people joining hands in friendship. The tree also represented our growing and healthy community.
