Rosemary Sinclair AO
Rosemary co-founded NAPCAN in 1987 and was inaugural President from 1989 to 1990. She was directly involved with NAPCAN National Office administration on a voluntary basis thorough to 1996. She managed establishment of all NAPCAN state and territory committees between 1987 and 1988.

Rosemary was responsible for acquisition of significant government and corporate support for NAPCAN over the years.

She co-ordinated Australia 's first National Child Protection Week in 1990 and for the next two years.

In 1995 Rosemary initiated Good Beginnings which became an Australian Government funded National Parenting Project in 1997 with NAPCAN managing the project for the two year pilot phase.

In 2002 Rosemary represented the Australian Government at the UN Special Session on Children in New York USA.

Rosemary has been Chair of the Australian Council for Children and Parenting (ACCAP), a member of the NSW Child Protection Council, a member of the Life Education Australia Board of Directors and Patron of the Country Children's Services Association of New South Wales (CCSA). She is presently Patron of Good Beginnings Australia and NAPCAN.

Rosemary has always been a passionate advocate of NAPCAN on the speaker's circuit.
